We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our site or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. PRODUCT PRICING AND INFORMATION
While we strive for 100% accuracy, The Boat Pro does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
3. SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS (REPAIRS & REMODELING)
Estimates: Estimates provided for repair or remodeling are based on a visual inspection. If, upon disassembly, additional parts or labor are required, we will notify you for authorization.
Vessel Insurance: Customers must maintain hull and liability insurance on any vessel left at our facility. The Boat Pro is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or "Acts of God" (e.g., hurricanes).
Mechanic’s Lien: According to Florida Statutes, The Boat Pro shall have a lien on the vessel and its contents for all unpaid charges for labor, parts, and storage.
4. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND COMPLIANCE
Certain products (oils, additives, batteries) are classified as hazardous materials. By purchasing these, you agree to comply with all local and federal regulations regarding their transport and disposal. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse the sale of certain chemicals.

Products: The Boat Pro sells parts manufactured by third parties. We provide no independent warranty on these parts. Any claims must be made through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Services: We offer a [e.g., 90-day] warranty on workmanship for repairs. This does not cover parts failure or damage caused by operator error or lack of maintenance.
Liability: In no event shall The Boat Pro be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use of the vessel, loss of profits, or towing expenses.
7. GOVERNING LAW
