Oversized & Hazardous Materials:
Due to safety regulations, items like batteries, oils, and pressurized fluids are classified as hazardous and may require specialized ground shipping. For oversized items (engines, large hulls, or remodeling components), a customer representative will contact you with a customized freight quote.
Free Shipping Exclusions:
While we offer competitive rates, free shipping offers do not apply to oversized/overweight items or hazardous materials.

Damaged Shipments:
Damage during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package arrives compromised, please save all packaging material and notify us within 48 hours to initiate an insurance claim.
